"Hello again Jane, October 2014

Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in your wonderful cabin! Our whole family had such a great time there and I wanted to let you know!  Every room is so comfortable and cozy and inviting!  We prepared EVERY meal there and the kitchen is so very well equipped.  Thank you!

We did a fire in the fire pit almost every night and went on a lot of hikes during the day. We found a beautiful waterfall near the Asaph Picnic area and even took a dip in our clothes in the COLD water... Brrr (this started out as a dare!).  My husband brought his 10" telescope and showed us all the night sky under pristine conditions too. In fact almost every day and night was beautifully clear!  We couldn't have asked for better weather and the colors of the trees were beautiful too! We heard a Barred Owl at least four of the nights, which was delightful.  However, we were disappointed that we didn't see any bear (from inside the cabin or car of course!)

We all loved the pellet stove!

There is a good chance that we will be asking you to allow us to stay there again next year, Lord willing.  We will let you know when that might be.  Hopefully you get a good report and want to invite us back too!

Please let me know if you have any questions. We left a very positive response in your Guest Book so that others will read of our wonderful time there."

"Thank you for the beautiful cabin and lovely surroundings. They capture the beauty of Gods creation. We were delighted with the lovely accommodations. I especially enjoyed the full kitchen. We were able to cook all our meals there. I even made hand made tortillas. We built a camp fire the second night of our stay. We forgot to buy marshmellows so we roasted a potato instead. On the last day of our stay, we visited the town of Wellsboro and hiked some of the trails. It was a wonderful vacation and we would enjoy coming there again. Thank you again and may God bless you and your husband."

"The Asaph Run Cabin was Absolutely Amazing. The wildlife and views were breath  taking.  Being able to see a Porcupine outside of a zoo was pretty cool also. Being able to visit The PA Little Grand Canyon and then hike the trails was fabulous. The fire pit was a nice asset to enjoy in the evening for Smores.  We capped off My Mother's Day Retreat weekend by taking a short drive to The Corning Museum Of Glass and participating in a workshop.  I really cannot do justice thru words to describe how peaceful this cabin is and all of its beauty and splendor. We will return again and again. Looking forward to bringing family and friends next time to enjoy this treasure we have discovered. Thanks Harold and Jane!"

"Our team enjoyed the quiet cabin of Asaph Run during the 2013 STPR Rally.  The roads were absolutely beautiful in the area.  It was very private and quiet.  Plenty of bunk beds provided a lot of sleeping area.  Is a perfect place for a family getaway.  Thanks again for an affordable and fun place to stay."
